TERMS

The founding pilot, in plain words.

Last updated 8 October 2026

The short version

You pay once for the founding pilot, and the crew works on your app until PitOps launches. Nothing ships without your tap. If the crew doesn't bring you a tested fix in your first 30 days, half your fee comes back. If launch slips past 12 months, half comes back too.

Who you're dealing with

PitOps is run by Aditya Negi, an individual based in India. Reach us at hello@trypitops.com.

What the founding pilot includes

  • Your Pit Check: the crew audits your app with read-only keys and prices your top three leaks in dollars, within 24 hours of you connecting your keys.
  • Missions on your app until launch, up to 2 a month. Each one is a fix as a draft pull request with the test that proves it, or a drafted experiment.
  • During the pilot, the founder checks every mission by hand before you see it.
  • At launch, your first year on the yearly plan stays at the launch price: $1,590, or $990 with your own Anthropic key.
  • There are 10 founding apps at most.

Price and payment

$199 once, or $99 once if you use your own Anthropic key. There is no monthly bill before launch.

You pay after the founder confirms your app fits, through a PayPal payment link, in US dollars. PayPal handles the payment; we never see your card or bank details.

With your own key, the AI usage is billed to your own Anthropic account. Use a separate workspace with a monthly spend limit.

The 30-day guarantee

If the crew doesn't bring you a tested fix in your first 30 days, half your pilot fee comes back.

  • Your 30 days start on the day you pay.
  • It applies if you connect your keys within 7 days of paying.
  • A tested fix is a draft pull request with a test that fails before the fix and passes after it.

If launch slips

If PitOps hasn't launched within 12 months of your payment, you can ask for half your pilot fee back, whichever plan you're on.

How refunds work

Email hello@trypitops.com from the address you signed up with. We pay approved refunds within 30 days of your request, through PayPal, to the account you paid from.

PayPal only refunds to the original payment for 180 days. After that, we send your refund as a new PayPal payment to the same address.

Apart from these two cases, the pilot fee isn't refundable once your Pit Check has started.

Your app stays yours

  • You own your app, your code, your accounts and your data.
  • The crew reads with read-only keys and works on its own branch. Code only reaches your app when you merge it, so review and test every pull request before you release it.
  • Pricing, ads, store submissions and your data stay with you.
  • CERES, the crew's security guard, encrypts your keys and logs every use. Your app's data is not used to train AI models. The details are on the privacy page.

Stopping

You can stop at any time: revoke the keys and the repository access you gave us, and tell us at hello@trypitops.com. We then delete your keys and your app's data.

What we can't promise

Findings and dollar figures are the crew's estimates from your data, not a promise of revenue. The crew can be wrong, which is why nothing ships without your tap. Apart from the refunds above, our total responsibility to you is limited to the fee you paid.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it, and founding apps get an email before any change that affects them.
